The Stecoah Valley RV Resort Report

Dear prospective resort resident,

We are pleased that you requested information on our RV Resort and would like to take a minute to provide you with the most recent updates.

Phases I & II of the resort are now completed. With the installation of roads, underground site drainage and utilities (including electrical 100 AMP service, water, septic, and phone line capability) the resort is “move-in” ready. Lots 1 and 6 have been prepared as models and include an 8’ x 30’ x 4” concrete patio and include native plant landscaping. Wide gravel roads afford easy access within the park.

Residents will have the option of a concrete patio or wooden decking. Wooden storage buildings are permitted per the resort covenants and may be purchased and installed on your lot.
