2023 News

We have completed our final construction buildout of 65 lots.

With Phase III lots 21 through 65 being larger than Phase I & Phase II lots, our new residents are building 30’x50′ carports with full concrete under the carport ending at the property line at the street.

All lots on the outside edge, Lot #’s 54-61 & 62 & 64, must have an elevation survey if you want to build a 12’x16′ Log siding storage building with plumbing and electric (we have a surveyor to provide it for you at a cost of approximately $350 per lot).

We welcome all the new residents in 2022 and 2023.

A special thanks to Ben Sanford for the fine job cutting our grass this year.

This year we will have a new dog run on lot 63, owned and provided by Rod and Terri Alt. Please pick up after your dog – remember this is their private property and you and your dogs are their GUEST!
