    RV Resort and Campground News:

    We are proud to welcome our first ever Camp Hosts and Hostesses, Ron Wipp, and Bob and Vicki Denman. They both have years of customer service behind them and they will be happy to assist you with any campground needs.

    We are proud to welcome Vincent & Renee Marciani from Louisiana, Daniel B. Cooper & Matia T Capeta from Florida, Kenneth H & Coleens DeLones from Florida, Janette McDonald from Virginia, Pat & Kathi Robinson from Florida, Don and Bonnie Dohner from Florida, and Don Norwood from Alabama – All proud Resort Property Owners. The remaining lots sell price is $40,000.00 without concrete pad and $41,000.00 with concrete pad.  Purchaser must install concrete pad or wood deck minimum size 8’ x 30’ within 90 days of closing of any lot without a pad.

    We now have 12 lots we can rent on a daily, weekly, monthly or seasonal rates.

    We just installed 8 nice Pole Lights on some of the lots.

    We have a nice horse shoe pit available for you to use and 4 nice benches along the Branch for you to relax or read or get your feet wet.

    Last year we also added 5 new picnic benches, and will be adding more this year.

    You can ride your bicycle or walk your dog. The view is very pretty!

    We welcome any size RV as long as it is totally self contained.

    Electric and Water & Septic is at all sites.

    A Marina is available within a couple of miles.

    We invite you and your family to enjoy our resort.

    The Stecoah Culteral Center is only minutes away by foot and they offer weekly Entertainment with Dinner during the summer months. (See the Events page)

    If you are in the Gambling mood, Harrah’s in Cherokee is only 22 miles away.

    Rafting and kayaking at the Nantahala Gorge is 12 miles away.

    Everyone should go and see the magnificent Fontana Dam and fish in the Dam water.

    If you like to hike, the Appalachian Trail is only 4 miles away and you cannot miss the Virgin Woods of the Joyce Kilmer Forest. Amazing!
