2024 News

This year we will have a new dog run on lot 63, owned and provided by Rod and Terri Alt. Please pick up after your dog – remember this is their private property and you, and your dogs, are their guests!

We only have 6 lots remaining to sell in 2025

We’ve added a new mailbox collection center. Note: The post office has advised us that they deliver for Amazon, but if you order from them you MUST have a mail box. You purchase a box (same type as all the others) and we will install it and put your name and lot number on it.

We also regraveled all the park roads and improved drainage on lots 36 through 41.

We would like to thank Ben Sanford for cutting all our grass.

In 2024 a new permanent entrance sign has been added to the park.
